1、 Material of fiberglass roof panels

2、 The production process of fiberglass roof panels
Making molds: Firstly, it is necessary to create the required molds according to the design drawings. The mold is usually made of wooden boards or aluminum profiles, and the inner side needs to be coated with a layer of isolation film to prevent adhesion with the resin.
Spray adhesive: Spray the spray adhesive evenly on the surface of the mold, which can fix the glass fiber.
Apply adhesive according to the design requirements: Cover the prefabricated glass fiber fabric on the inner wall of the mold according to the design requirements, then apply resin to the glass fiber fabric and evenly distribute it with a brush until the glass fiber is completely covered.
Place UV lamp: Place the mold coated with the spray gun under the UV lamp and let it react and solidify.
Demolding: After being irradiated and solidified by an ultraviolet lamp, the demolding rod is inserted into the bottom of the mold to assist in detaching the fiberglass roof panel from the mold.
Post treatment: Perform post treatment on the fiberglass roof panel, including polishing, repairing, painting, and other steps to achieve the expected surface effect.
